Arborist Reports
We offer support in tree removal applications for homeowners residing in municipalities with protection by-laws by writing arborist reports describing the health issues or hazardous nature of trees.
We leverage our knowledge as ISA certified arborists supplemented by our tree risk assessment qualification (TRAQ) to ensure accurate assessments with extensive, detailed documentation as per each municipality requirement.

Here are some examples of municipalities and their tree protection thresholds (measured DBH = diameter at breast height, approximately 1.4m above grade):
- Brampton – 30cm DBH
- Toronto – 30cm DBH
- Oakville – 15cm DBH
- Mississauga – 15cm DBH
- Burlington – 20cm DBH
- Markham – 20cm DBH
- Vaughan – 20cm at the base
Ethical Consultation
Our arborist reports will not exaggerate or falsely describe the condition of a tree. We only support removals for immediately hazardous, terminally diseased or already deceased trees.
Bundle and Save
Arborist reports are offered at a reduced price if they are part of a contract for related tree work on the same property.
Ease of Applicaton
We liaise with municipalities and apply for permits on behalf of homeowners whenever required.
